Niels Finseth

Prior to co-founding IPtronics A/S, Niels Finseth was Engineering Manager at Giga A/S and responsible for all 10Gbps IC product development. He pioneered the world's first integrated physical layer
10Gbps chip set for fiber optical communication which became a technological milestone for Giga and the industry. He took a leading role in key customer relationships worldwide, developing the
10Gbps business for Giga. Furthermore, he was instrumental in driving the 10Gbps product line, which became the crown jewel for Giga. After Intel Corp.'s acquisition of Giga, Niels Finseth was the
lead architect managing the transition of 10 Gbps products into sub-micron CMOS technologies.
Niels Finseth has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HD) in Marketing Management and International Trade from Copenhagen Business School.

Jesper W. Bek
VP of Sales and Marketing North America
Jesper W. Bek comes from a position as CEO at Kaleido Technology, a position for which he was recruited in 2005.
Jesper W. Bek was Director of Sales and Marketing for Asia at Giga A/S for 6 years. He played a major role in implementing Giga´s international expansion. Most notably, he established the business foundation for the North American office, as well as establishing a multi-million US dollar business in Asia and Japan.
Jesper W. Bek joined Intel Corporation via the acquisition of Giga A/S. He managed the transition of Giga´s sales activities into Intel's seamlessly while actively developing new business areas and maintaining key customer and channel relationships. Jesper Bek held senior positions in sales and marketing at Intel Corporation for nearly 6 years and he brings a wealth of sales, marketing and management experience from positions held in Europe and Asia (Taiwan).

Steen Bak Christensen

Before co-founding IPtronics A/S, Steen Christensen was Engineering Manager at Giga A/S and responsible for all 2.5 Gbps IC product development including analogue drivers and amplifiers. After
Intel Corp.'s acquisition of Giga he became Technology Manager responsible for 90nm BiCMOS process definition for high speed communication products. Steen Christensen held management positions with
Giga and Intel for 9 years and he was instrumental in establishing the 2.5Gbps product line of analogue products, which became a major business line for the company.
Prior to his relationship with Giga and Intel, Mr. Christensen worked for Anadigics Inc. and Triax Cable with the design of analogue and cable TV products. He has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and holds 1 patent in analogue IC design.

Henrik Fuglsang, Director of Operations
Henrik Fuglsang joined IPtronics A/S in July 2008 from Nokia Mobile Phones, where he had various positions in 13 years, latest based in Beijing for 3 years leading a sourcing team responsible for phones to Nokia's entry segment covering more than 50% of the whole handset volume. During his period in China, the team was responsible for +500 million phones produced globally.
Prior to the Beijing assignment, Henrik was responsible for sourcing activities in one of Nokia's best selling models, which sold 115 million units and earlier he held the position as Logistics Manager in Nokia Networks, Nokia's infrastructure division.
Henning Lysdal
VP of Engineering

Prior to joining IPtronics A/S, Henning Lysdal worked with Niels Finseth at Giga A/S on the initial design of the 10Gbps SerDes in Silicon. Following the acquisition of Giga by Intel Inc. in 2000,
Mr. Lysdal became High Speed PHY Development Manager and co-manager of six design teams worldwide. He was instrumental in the integration of Giga's product development activities into Intel and
drove efforts in design and IP reuse.
Henning Lysdal holds a Master's Degree in Microelectronic Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. He holds 5 patents in IC design.
